How to print Hash (#) symbol in LaTeX
Hash (#) is a special character and in order to print certain special characters in LaTeX, we need to use an escape character just before the escape character.
The escape character is \
.
If you write this:
\documentclass{article} \begin{document} # \end{document}
You will get an error.

Print Sharp symbol in LaTeX (Musical Sharp)
In musical symbols, we can also find a symbol just like the Hash symbol. It is known as Sharp symbol.

It does not require any package to include.
